The position
As a Data Engineer at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years, based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking, Fintech, Telco, Retail, Sports, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll join a central team with a strategic role in supporting data-driven decisions across the organization. Expect a dynamic environment with plenty of room for initiative and professional growth. Additionally, you will work in Data Vault modeling, as part of our central data team, you will play a pivotal role in data modeling and integrating data from various sources across the organization.
Furthermore, your work will support multiple internal teams, making it crucial that you not only bring strong technical expertise but also excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively, especially with colleagues whose first language is not English.
- Design and implement Data Vault data models based on input from diverse teams
- Develop and maintain DBT (Data Build Tool) workflows and data pipelines
- Integrate and transform data from various sources within a GCP environment
- Act as a central point of contact for multiple business units, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and delivering appropriate data solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders who may have limited technical or English language proficiency
What you bring to the position
- Minimum 3 years of recent, hands-on experience with Data Vault (modeling and implementation)
- Strong experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proficiency with DBT (Data Build Tool)
- Excellent communication skills – ability to explain complex topics clearly and adapt to various audiences
- Proactive and social mindset – comfortable initiating conversations and aligning with cross-functional teams
